Attendees rules
Please carefully read these instructions:
I. Invitation card will be sent you by e-mail. Please do not forget to print it and take to Forum with your pictured ID!
II. Present your printed invitation card and pictured ID to Forum registration desk. Your Forum badge will be issued by registration clerk in exchange of invitation card. Please consider that all attendees must keep badge visible at Forum. Badge lost will result to refuse the right of Forum attendance (registration must be completed again and attendance fee will be collected).
III. Please address all your questions during Forum to registration desk clerks or conference hall moderator – they will connect you to appropriate management team person.
